Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work as an IT project manager and solution architect within infrastructure, primarily Windows. You will lead the implementation of new solutions or migration of customers' IT environments.

Your tasks include:

• Designing technical solutions based on the customer's specific needs and conditions • Planning and structuring the implementation of solutions • Leading technicians/specialists in projects • Personally carrying out activities to implement the designed solutions • Engaging in dialogue with the customer's orderers and service/product owners

The technical areas you will primarily work with are:

• Data center services and sourcing • IGA/IAM and access solutions • Security solutions • Workplace services

To succeed in this role, you need both extensive experience in IT infrastructure and familiarity with identifying needs and translating them into technical requirements, as well as taking on leadership roles.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Solid experience as a technical project manager in Windows infrastructure • Knowledge of IT development and digitalization • Experience in process leadership/workshop facilitation • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
